Not necessarily. Send artwork with the background extended 2 mm and we handle the cut contour.

FORMAT

Rounded corner labels: fewer lifted edges

It is the cheapest upgrade you can make to a rectangular label. A rounded corner has no point to catch, so the label holds up far better to handling, transit and shelf rub.

LIMITS

What to watch out for

Too large a radius eats design space in the corners.
It must exist in the cut file, not just in the order note.
On small formats a 2 mm radius is enough.
