What the quote contains
Not a single number in an empty email. Every quote comes with the technical reasoning behind it, so you can compare offers on the same terms.
- Material recommendation
- We propose the substrate that fits your product, container and application: FSC paper, recyclable white or clear PP, textured or metallised stocks.
- Technical check of your artwork
- We verify resolution, vector barcodes, fonts converted to curves, colour build and the 2 mm extended background before anything goes on press.
- Lead time and logistics
- Production window plus delivery: 1-3 days in Romania, 5-7 days in the EU, labels wound on rolls with the orientation your applicator needs.
- Finishing options
- Gloss lamination, matte lamination, hot foil, embossing. We tell you which ones survive fridge, freezer, solvents or hand contact on your product.
What helps us answer faster
The form asks for six fields. Anything below is optional, but each detail removes one round of questions.
- Product and container: bottle, jar, pouch, box, plus the volume.
- Approximate run size, even as a range. It changes the printing setup.
- Label size in mm, or a photo of the current label with a ruler next to it.
- Application: by hand or with an applicator, and the winding direction if you know it.
- Storage conditions: fridge, freezer, humidity, contact with oils or solvents.
- Artwork in PDF, AI or CDR. If you don't have it yet, tell us and we work with the draft.

Frequent questions about the quote
How fast do I get the quote?
Within 24 working hours of receiving the request. If the specification is incomplete we reply with the questions that block the calculation, so you don't wait on a silent inbox.
Do I need finished artwork to ask for a quote?
No. Product, approximate size and run size are enough for a technical quote. Artwork can follow later and we check it before printing.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, CDR, EPS, SVG, PSD and ZIP archives. Text converted to curves, barcodes in vector, 1200 dpi output. Details are on the file preparation page.
What if my files are larger than 20 MB?
Use the optional file link field in the form: WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox all work.
Do you print on polyethylene (PE)?
No. For squeezable containers we recommend white or clear PP, which is recyclable and holds the print better under deformation.
Can I order a repeat run with the same specification?
Yes. We keep the technical file of every job, so a repeat order only needs a confirmation of quantity and delivery address.
